Job Summary:

\

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Services Lead to join our team at BDO UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support on real estate financial due diligence projects, working closely with clients and management teams to develop a deep understanding of their business and financial performance.

\

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Excel, as well as good underlying accounting knowledge and typically be a qualified accountant.

\

Key Responsibilities include preparing and interpreting financial analysis, leading or taking part in discussions with client or target businesses, and supporting the project management of client engagements. Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of our strategic vision through engagement in wider team activities such as business development, client relationship management, recruitment and learning and development.

\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in a finance environment and a basic working knowledge of Transaction Services activities;
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience;
  • Strong knowledge and experience of using MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to continuous development;

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
