We are seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer with expertise in Palo Alto Networks firewalls to join our team. As a key member of our international team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the security and performance of our clients' network infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls or equivalent. You'll be responsible for supporting, managing, and troubleshooting firewall solutions across various environments. Your skills and experience in resolving cases, adapting troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of firewalls and networking will be essential to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Configure and maintain firewalls and network equipment across various environments.
  2. Monitor and troubleshoot firewall and network performance, connectivity, and security issues.
  3. Implement firewall policies, rules, and configurations to align with security best practices and organizational requirements.
  4. Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend solutions for identified network risks.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) or equivalent certifications with alternative security vendors e.g.
  • 3+ years of experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls or equivalent.

  • A competitive salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
