Austin Fraser Sussex is looking for a SEMH teaching assistant to work at a unique and inspiring school in Seaford. The school is part of a multi-academy trust that provides specialist education for children and young people aged 4-16 with a range of needs, including SEMH, autism, ADHD and dyslexia.
Job Requirements- At least 1 year of experience working in schools or with young people
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in education or childcare
- Ability to converse easily and maintain good interpersonal relationships
- Skills to de-escalate challenging behaviour and promote positive outcomes
The working hours are 08:30-16:00, Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity to join a caring and supportive team and make a difference in the lives of children and young people.
The estimated salary for this role is £90-95 per day.
