Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality tuition sessions to students, adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles and identifying and addressing any learning difficulties or barriers to engagement.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders to support student progress and develop strategies to motivate and engage students.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address these.
  • Work with students to develop and implement personalized learning plans, taking into account their interests and learning styles.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student participation and active learning during sessions.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant subject, such as education or a related field.
  • Experience in tutoring or teaching, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality tuition sessions.
  • Ability to work one-to-one with students, adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles and needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Working Conditions

The Engagement Specialist will work with students on a one-to-one basis, either in-person or through online platforms. The working hours will be determined based on the availability of the tutor and the students.
