About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at EMCOR UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including routine planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, and pest proofing works.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building work, a general awareness of Health & Safety regulations, and knowledge of permit-to-work systems. They will also be able to undertake training and development where required.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant paperwork and sign-offs are completed satisfactorily and to the expected standard. You will also be responsible for the care and proper use of building maintenance equipment and tools.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including 20 days' holiday, company pension, and company sick pay.
