About the Role
  • You will be responsible for procuring new business opportunities
  • Expanding sales of products and services with existing customers
  • Working primarily on your own leads

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base by acquiring new business through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.

Customer Engagement:

You will develop strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.

Lead Generation:

Responsibility for generating high-quality leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns.

Financial Planning and Advice:

You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs, providing expert guidance on suitable investment options and ensuring seamless implementation of chosen solutions.

Collaboration and Communication:

A collaborative mindset is essential, as you will work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, product development, and customer service.

Personal Qualities:

Proven track record of success in sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary package, including a base salary of R500,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses and benefits.
