About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Access Management Consultant to join our Identity and Access Management department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sustainable solutions, operating processes, and people models to address evolving risks in identity governance and access management.
Key Responsibilities- Create both long-term and short-term goals for all members of the IAM Assurance team to ensure they are working towards the right deliverables. Oversee, instruct, and coordinate their activities, monitoring and arranging shift activities according to schedule requirements and staff availability.
- Design and implement secure access management systems, ensuring adherence to best practice methods and controls established by the ISO27001 framework.
- Work closely with other areas of the IAM organization to complete service improvements following compliance and best practice.
- Maintain relationships with Global Internal Audit, Control Testing, and other governance teams, creating awareness on how IAM internal processes operate and the extent to which these have been deployed (current and foreseen coverage) to reduce unnecessary findings.
The ideal candidate will have experience and understanding of security concepts and technologies in the wider Identity and Access Management space, including Logical Access Controls, RBAC, Zero Trust Authentication, Shift-left, PKI concepts. Working knowledge of SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, AWS, Azure AD is also required.
