Our company is well-established within the Manufacturing sector and is looking for a confident and passionate Quality Engineer / Quality Technician to work within the quality team to implement and maintain QA processes in line with EN 9120 and customer requirements.
Position: Quality Engineer / Quality Technician
Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £30,000
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 4pm
- Record all client and suppliers' non-conformities (NC's).
- Investigate and resolve complaints relating to non-conforming products and services.
- Carry out general administrative duties in support of the Quality function (e.g. scan customer drawings, supplier certificates, and standards).
- Conduct internal quality audits in line with the schedule plan.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational/planning skills.
- Experience of working with Quality management systems (QMS) such as ISO9001/AS9102.
- 25 days holiday and 1 Friday afternoon off per month.
