The Adecco UK Limited is seeking passionate individuals to join their essential electronic tagging service team as Electronic Monitoring Support Officers.

This role is ideal for those looking to gain invaluable hands-on experience and thrive in a supportive and inclusive work environment. As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you will play a key part in:
  • Partnering with the electronic monitor tagging team during their daily tasks
  • Assisting in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication
  • Delivering top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the electronic tagging team in ensuring the safe and secure operation of electronic monitoring devices
  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of electronic monitoring equipment
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to maintain clear lines of communication
  • Provide excellent customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting community safety

About You:
  • You will have BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
  • You will be willing to obtain DBS clearance
  • You will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • You will be able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • You will have keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Working Pattern:
  • Full Time 37.5 hours per week
  • Shift pattern: 10 week rotation, covering 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year
