We are currently seeking an experienced Health and Wellbeing Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our health and safety team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our employees and stakeholders across multiple construction sites in the area.

About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in health and safety management within the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and ongoing management of health and safety programs across large-scale construction projects.

Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective health and wellbeing strategies to promote a positive and healthy work environment.
* Conduct regular risk assessments, site inspections, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
* Collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to proactively identify risks and ensure safety measures are integrated into the planning and execution phases.

Key Requirements
* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent health and safety qualifications.
* Significant experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry, preferably with a Tier 1 main contractor.
* In-depth knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and CDM regulations.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, and opportunities for career progression.
