About the Role: Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Water Infrastructure Manager to join our team in North London and Hertfordshire. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing utility and water schemes across the Southeast region, with budgets up to £30m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage large-scale civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered profitably and meet clients' specifications.
  • Oversee resource allocation, resolving shortfalls and over-resourcing issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all personnel, including subcontractors, adhere to company policies, receive necessary training, and maintain awareness of safety protocols.
  • Jointly prepare project reports with commercial staff, providing insights into costs, contracts, and value engineering opportunities.
  • Liaise with estimators to provide expert advice on value engineering, lessons learned, and future business development.
  • Contribute to identifying new business targets and developing strategies with the Commercial Manager to drive growth.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have a degree qualification and extensive experience as a Project Manager at a senior level. Your background should include operating PM-level on civil engineering schemes, managing design and build projects, and overseeing highways/roads projects. Additionally, you should possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage a project team and ensure client satisfaction.
