About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team at The Venues Collection. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality food and beverages that meet the expectations of our clients and customers.
  • Craft visually appealing food displays and counter presentations that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Represent The Venues Collection with pride, embodying our values and brand image.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling transactions efficiently and operating the cash register with accuracy.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food handling and hygiene, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
What We're Looking For
  • A positive and can-do attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail, with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Previous experience in a similar catering role is an advantage, but we are open to training and developing the right candidate.
