Our client, a leading maintenance provider, is seeking a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing commercial sites throughout Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Carry out general building services tasks, including emergency lighting, fire alarms, and HVAC plant maintenance.
- Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real-time using a PDA.
- Complete relevant paperwork and pass it to the contract administrator without delay.
- Review RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and sub-contractor competencies before work permits are authorized.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical systems.
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnosis skills.
- Ability to carry out installation work and complete certification.
- Basic knowledge of building fabric repairs.
