About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile School Catering Manager to join our team at Bolton Council. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our school catering operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency in our service.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in food safety, nutrition, and catering management, with excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating catering operations across multiple schools
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Developing and implementing catering menus and services
  • Managing budgets and resources
  • Providing training and support to catering staff
