Gi Group seeks an experienced Carpentry and Joinery Lecturer to join our client in Rotherham. As a key member of the education team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training and equipping students with skills for their future careers.

About the Role:

• You will teach and assess on a range of courses, ensuring excellent teaching and learning outcomes.
• You'll prepare students for higher levels of study and the world of work, developing vocational and employability skills through the curriculum.
• Responsibilities include providing pre and on-course guidance, academic and pastoral care, and arranging support requirements for students.

Requirements:

• A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• The ability to deliver to students at all levels and abilities using flexible and innovative methods.
• Transfer practical experience into useful learning activities.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people receiving education and training.
