Security Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Site Security Manager to join Kingdom Services Group, working at a prestigious University in South Wales. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in security operations, risk management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage individual risks at the University of South Wales, ensuring the highest level of security and customer service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement and supporting disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Implement positive change, process ownership, compliance, and a culture of high performance, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Manage and control budgets, including uniform, training, and equipment, while maintaining a green service status.
- Recruit and retain the best talent possible, forming an effective team and promoting teamwork and capability building.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Site Security Manager role, with a strong background in security operations, risk management, and customer service.
- Experience of writing procedures, drafting reports, preparing business cases, and controlling budgets.
- Front-line SIA License and a driving license holder.
- Competent with the complete suite of Microsoft software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
