We are seeking a skilled Floor Layer to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of flooring within tenanted properties.

This is a permanent position from day one, with a company van, fuel, uniform, and PPE provided. You will have the potential to earn up to £46,000 a year, with a basic salary of £28,000-£32,000 and additional callout charges and job completion bonuses.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • A CSCS Card
  • Relevant NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Floor laying or a related field
  • Experience working in social housing or on maintenance contracts
  • Experience fitting and laying carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and tile flooring

In return, you will receive:

  • Potential to earn up to £46,000 a year
  • £28,000-£32,000 a year basic salary
  • Callout charges of £1,000 per week
  • Monthly job completion bonuses of up to £500 per month
