About the Role

This is a permanent site-based position for a CNC Programmer/Machinist based in Wigan.

Responsibilities:
  • Fully programming at the machine using Heidenhain, Huro, and Fagor controls
  • Reworking existing CNC programs to optimize performance
  • Creating new CNC programs from scratch

You will be working in a small, experienced team and will be responsible for programming, machining, and maintaining precision tools, dies, and moulds used in various manufacturing processes.

Requirements
  • Exposure to high-value/low-volume component manufacturing environments
  • Relevant qualifications such as Time-served, degree, NVQ, or C&G in engineering fields
