At Academics, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for our students. As a Mental Health Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping our students with Autism, ADHD, OCD, Dyslexia, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with our experienced teaching and support teams to deliver a tailored curriculum that meets the unique needs of our students.
  2. Support students with a range of learning needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia, and help them develop key and personal/functional skills.
  3. Implement restorative and holistic practices that promote positive reinforcement and a sense of purpose.
  4. Work with students in challenging contexts, using de-escalation skills to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  5. Engage with our multidisciplinary team, including therapists, SEN specialists, and mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive support to our students.
