About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Welcome Host at our Edinburgh Airport location. As a Welcome Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.
Main Responsibilities:
- To ensure our customers are greeted and supported in the car park by showing them to their vehicle, checking the vehicle condition, and assisting with luggage.
- To provide excellent customer service at all times, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- To process customers through the Queue management system when required, and to push customers to any vacant vehicles.
- To observe and take action when service levels could be improved, reporting any inconsistencies to management.
- To perform regular cosmetic checks on the vehicles within the car park, ensuring our customers' expectations are met at all times.
- To maintain a high quality of Customer Service, recognizing the company's Customer Service Standards and observing the company's Quality Policy when applicable to your duties.
- To ensure the safety and security of customers, staff, equipment, and premises at all times, logging any lost property immediately when found.
- To identify and communicate to the Station Manager any new or additional aspects within the workplace that might have a significant impact on the environment.
