Waking Night Support Role - Bridlington

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Bridlington as a Waking Night Support Worker. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and be able to provide emotional support and assistance with daily activities.

The successful applicant will work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and will be required to sleep-in from 22:00-07:00. Our services operate 24/7, and rotas are prepared at least four weeks in advance.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will receive ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a variety of benefits, including pension and holiday buying options.
