Plastics MDT Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Plastics MDT Coordinator to join our team at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide administrative support to our Consultants and clinical staff in the Plastics department.
Main Responsibilities- Support Cancer Services by providing a proactive and facilitative clinical pathway navigation service.
- Provide administrative support services to the Consultants and clinical staff in the Plastics department.
- Ensure accurate bookings processes to deliver the best service for patients.
- Facilitate a smooth running of the department and service by acting as a focus of communication with patients and their families, GP's and Cancer Services.
