Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of queries and issues raised by tenants in rental properties, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
  • Investigate and authorize repairs, arranging for tradespeople to attend and rectify issues promptly.
  • Update CRM systems with repair data, including costs and authorization information.
  • Liaise with tradespeople to book work and communicate with tenants regarding scheduled appointments.
  • Collate invoices and process payments on behalf of management.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed and resolved efficiently, providing a seamless experience for tenants.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in property maintenance or facilities management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Administrative proficiency and accuracy in recording and updating data.
  • Able to build rapport with people at all levels, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

What We Offer:
