Job Summary

We are looking for a talented E-commerce Executive to lead our e-commerce strategy and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and analytics. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, managing our website, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals, focusing on driving sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's e-commerce website, ensuring collections, products, and pages are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Product Merchandising: Create product pages on the website to support new product launches, marketing campaigns, and seasonal launches. Manage and optimize the presentation, categorization, and placement of products on the website, ensuring a compelling and intuitive customer experience that maximizes sales and engagement.
  • Consumer Experience: Help to enhance the online shopping experience by implementing best practices in UX/UI design, analyzing customer behavior, improving site navigation, checkout processes, and overall site functionality.
  • Sales Optimization: Identify opportunities to increase average order value, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value through upselling, cross-selling, and personalization strategies.
  • Marketplace Management: Support the listing, updating, and optimizing listings on multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, and sales data using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, to drive traffic and sales.
  • Compliance: Ensure the e-commerce platform complies with all relevant regulations, including data protection and consumer rights.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce / digital marketing, preferably within the fashion or equestrian industry.
  • Proficiency with Shopify, content management systems (CMS), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing tools. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of marketplaces such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.
  • An excellent problem-solving mindset and able to handle unexpected challenges with professionalism and tact.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a small team and fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bonus points for a passion for horses.
