About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our UX Team and contribute to the strategic planning of design initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing seamless user experiences across various devices and platforms. Your expertise in creating and maintaining components in Figma libraries will help drive the development of new design guidelines and component libraries.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a UX role, with a strong understanding of user psychology and accessibility expertise. They will also be able to effectively communicate design ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively to various audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design leadership: Help lead the strategic planning of design initiatives, aligning design efforts with broader business goals.
- Creativity: Create seamless user experiences across various devices and platforms.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain components in Figma libraries, contributing to the development of new design guidelines and component libraries.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with executive and cross-functional teams, playing a key role in building and nurturing team collaboration.
- Research: Conduct usability testing processes, utilising both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
