Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at our Elderly Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans and ensuring all contact is polite, friendly, and supportive.
- Act as a key worker for a named group of residents, ensuring their needs are met and their care plans are up-to-date.
- Administer medication to residents as prescribed and maintain accurate records.
- Supervise and support the care team, promoting a culture of trust, respect, and care.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years' experience in a residential care or nursing home environment.
- NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £15.61.
- A permanent part-time contract with a two-week rota.
