Job Title: Microsoft Specialist - Cloud & IT Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Specialist to join our team at InfraView, a leading provider of IT services and solutions. As a key figurehead between our company and our customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure optimal technology service delivery.
  • Lead technical experts in exploring solutions to business challenges and ensure effective delivery of services to customers.
  • Provide technical advice and support to account and service management teams to ensure optimal technology service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of multiple technologies and the elements of an End-to-End service.
  • Ability to engage with customers, educate them on tech, best practices, and advice on new areas where value can be added.
  • Experience in Senior-level IT Management and leadership within a Cloud environment.
  • Ability to inspire, lead and give guidance to technical and non-technical teams in IT operational environments.
  • Strong customer-facing experience.
