Interview Process

Our interview process is designed to assess your skills, experience, and fit for the role. It consists of three stages:

1. Screening call via teams with Iceberg's Talent Manager

2. 2nd Stage Interview with one of Iceberg's Founders

3. Final stage interview in person with Founders and other Consultants (office is in Liverpool Street)
