Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our team to ensure high standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the care team to ensure high standards of care are provided to patients
  • Ensure that patients' medical, physical, and emotional requirements are met
  • Mentor and motivate colleagues to champion patients' safety and dignity
  • Undertake ongoing training of new staff and maintain accurate records
  • Act as a person in charge, standing in for the Manager where required, to lead, motivate, and mentor the care team
  • Distribute medication, dressings, catheterizations, tube feeding, and manage medical conditions
  • Liaise with health and social care professionals to improve patient care and the home environment
  • Promote patients' independence, choice, and dignity by delivering the best standard of care

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize workload
