About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated General Practitioner to join our successful rural community practice. As a Salaried GP, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, working closely with a Practice Nurse, Social Prescriber Care Coordinator, Clinical Pharmacist, and First Contact Physiotherapist.
Key Responsibilities
Traditional GP services, including face-to-face and telephone clinics, will be a key part of your role. You will also be directly involved in the management and direction of the practice, working closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the surgery and the delivery of our services.
About Us
Springfield Surgery is a small, 2-Partner practice, caring for a growing list of nearly 5,000 patients. We have a Good rating in all areas from the CQC and consistently high scores in the annual GP Patient Survey. Our practice is located in the lovely rural Surrey Hills area, offering excellent local countryside and proximity to the towns of Godalming, Farnham, and Guildford.
Person Specification
We are looking for a GP with a good sound knowledge of general practice, who is keen to incorporate their ideas into the practice and be fully involved in decision-making. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic GP who is keen to work in a supportive environment, we would welcome your application.
