Kenna Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Exterior Envelope Specialist to work on a high-rise unit scheme in North West London. This exceptional waterside destination will feature 14 acres of open spaces, including stunning landscaped gardens, meadows, and riverside walks.

New urgent role working with a major London residential developer requires someone with strong technical understanding of prefab panels, punch hole windows, balconies, flat roofing, and landscaping packages.

Responsibilities:

  1. Exterior walls design and implementation
  2. Curtain Walls installation and maintenance
  3. Precast concrete walls construction
  4. Fire resistance assessment and implementation
  5. Balcony design and construction
  6. Rooftop and window installation

Requirements and qualifications:

A successful candidate must have a solid understanding of exterior envelope systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 + CA + Bonus, with opportunities for career advancement available for the right candidate.
