We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Craftsman to join our Property Plus team As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality maintenance work to our properties.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills and experience in painting and decorating tasks to a high standard. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all maintenance work is completed to the highest standards.

  • Manual and extremely physical work
  • Working at heights
  • Working off site in tenants' homes (where applicable) and void properties.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. NVQ or City and Guilds in relevant trade
  2. Experience in undertaking painting and decorating tasks to a high standard
  3. Basic knowledge of associated trades
  4. Good planning and organisation skills
  5. Flexibility to commute across our Group sites within Stafford and Shropshire
  6. Outstanding customer care skills
  7. Full UK Driving Licence

We offer a competitive salary of £32,138.47 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 25 days holiday (increasing with each year of service, up to a maximum of 30 days), bank holidays and three concessionary days over the Christmas period.
