Job Summary:

Randstad Staffing is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Installation Specialist to join our client's global facilities management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in commercial properties across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRVs/VRFs, and chillers.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Carry out general fabric maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and participate in a 1-in-4 on-call rota.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including reports and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in air conditioning systems.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration (Essential)
  • City & Guilds Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Level 3
  • City & Guilds Refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump systems Level 3
  • F-Gas Category 1
  • C&G 236 Part 1 & 2.
  • BS7671 Electrical Regulations.
  • C&G 2391 Electrical inspection and Testing (desired).
  • Full UK driver's license

  • Competitive salary ranging from £36,000 to £40,000 per annum.
  • 8:00 am to 4:30 pm - Monday to Friday
