Detailed Job Overview

Direct Medics is seeking an ST3+ Urology doctor to work in a Locum role at Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary.

This position involves working Monday to Friday, 0830-1700, and includes covering independent clinics, flexi cystoscopies, and basic urological procedures under GA. The candidate should also be able to do on-call daytime duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing urological procedures such as cystoscopies, insertion of ureteric stents, circumcisions, and hydrocele repair
  • Covering independent clinics and flexi cystoscopies
  • Participating in on-call daytime duties
Requirements
  • Valid GMC registration
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Previous experience working in a similar role in the UK or Ireland
