About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at RGE Services Ltd. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, and servicing to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults in electrical systems and equipment.
  • Perform electrical remedial works to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct new electrical inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Action reactive electrical works to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Complete emergency lighting inspections and repairs to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Carry out company works as required to deliver high-quality services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive external perception of the company.
  • Comply with company procedures and policies to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Produce timely and accurate reporting to agreed standards.
  • Adhere to the company's quality management system and ensure responsible waste disposal.
Requirements
  • UK Driving Licence (required)
  • Experience in electrical repair, maintenance, servicing, and installations, preferably within the public sector.
  • A sound knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials common to the Electrical Trade.
  • Current Trade Qualifications.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to interpret schematics and electrical drawings.
  • IT literate.
  • A commitment to great customer service.
