We are a leading provider of critical engineering services, seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As the Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for performing load calculations, equipment selection, and coordinating with other trades to ensure optimal system performance. You will also be involved in reviewing external design solutions and conducting site inspections, providing technical support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Electrical systems for industrial and commercial premises.
  • Design calculations including selection of equipment, lighting, cable sizing, maximum demand, containment, lifecycle, etc.
  • Provide technical support for the project teams.
  • Review design and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
  • Co-ordinate with clients, architects, and project teams.
Skills and Experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations and building codes.
Specific Qualifications
  • HND in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proficient in using CAD/Revit.
  • Proficient in Trimble design software.
  • Lighting design experience.
