Job Summary

Taylors is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties across our 60 brands, building relationships with internal colleagues and customers, and providing exceptional service to our tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate urgent and routine repairs and maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Liaise with tradespeople and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
  • Organize safety inspections and manage remedial works to ensure properties are safe and compliant with regulations.
  • Liaise with landlords to provide regular updates and ensure their properties are being managed effectively.
  • Assist customers with general tenancy queries and provide support to resolve any issues.
  • Carry out weekly partnership calls with colleagues and welcome calls with new customers to build strong relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Deal promptly and courteously with communication from landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal partners.
  • Provide exceptional service to maximize customer retention and ensure our tenants and landlords are satisfied with our service.
  • Ensure personal and team deadlines are met, service levels are maintained, and key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a competent knowledge of lettings legislation, tenancy agreements, and landlord contracts. You will also need to be able to work efficiently and calmly under pressure, providing excellent customer service and support to our tenants and landlords.
