About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Structurer, Structured Guarantees to work within our Guarantee & Wholesale Solutions Department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of our business objectives.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing complex guarantee transactions within the scope of our business plan and in line with our objectives and values. They will have extensive experience in structuring, investing or lending in asset-backed/speciality finance/other FI exposures or similar capital instruments where risk is taken on the lender. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and financial modelling skills, including cash flow modelling and granular data analysis, as well as excellent knowledge of regulatory aspects of their products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently execute tranched guarantee transactions, referring to senior team members for non-standard, commercially sensitive or product development issues.
  • Originating new transactions in conjunction with the GWS Origination & Relationship Management team.
  • Assisting in the development and management of more junior colleagues within the GWS team.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
  • Extensive experience in structuring, investing or lending in asset-backed/speciality finance/other FI exposures or similar capital instruments.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, including cash flow modelling and granular data analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory aspects of your products.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
