Job Description
The Order Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling repair and maintenance orders, ensuring efficient distribution of emergency repairs. Key responsibilities include:
- Schedule repair and maintenance orders, prioritizing urgent work and minimizing disruptions.
- Update availability and manage reserved slots for emergency repairs, optimizing workflow.
- Review issued orders, identifying any special requirements to ensure seamless operations.
- Liaise with contractors and colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, experience of using electronic works scheduling systems, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
