We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist Senior II to join our team at Cromwell Hospital in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work with a leading healthcare provider and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.
Job SummaryThis role involves performing various types of Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures according to departmental needs and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, results, and imaging procedures.
- Liaise with medical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with radiation protection supervisors to ensure safe handling of radioactive materials.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as nuclear medicine or radiography.
- Registration with the Health Professions Council.
- Experience in PET-CT imaging/Nuclear Medicine/multi-slice CT scanning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and safety.
