Join WCS Group as a Water Hygiene Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join our expanding team at WCS Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of water hygiene and safety in our clients' facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct water sampling and temperature monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Descaling of shower heads and hoses to maintain water quality
  • TMV servicing and tank cleans to prevent waterborne pathogens
  • Cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of cooling towers to prevent Legionella outbreaks
  • Endoscopic inspection of calorifiers to detect any potential issues
  • Mains injection pipework chlorination works to maintain water quality

Desirable Skills:

  • Technical service experience in closed heating and chilled system testing
  • Plumbing and water treatment remedial skills
  • Acid descaling of boilers, towers, and condensers

Requirements:

  • Confined space trained
  • Good level of computer skills
  • Positive attitude and work ethic
  • Hold a full driving licence
