About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Data Lead to join our team at Birchman. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the SAP Data team and ensuring the smooth delivery of SAP data management services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the SAP Data team and manage the delivery of SAP data management services, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
  • Collaborate with SAP project and business teams to understand their data needs and requirements.
  • Design and implement SAP data management strategies that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain data management policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of SAP data and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the SAP Data team.
  • Monitor and report on SAP data management performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 5 years' minimum experience in SAP data management, ideally including S/4 HANA Cloud.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience of team management.
  • Experience with SAP data management tools and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP tools would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SAP data in a functional context would be an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Experience with data privacy and security regulations.
