What is it like being a private dentist?

At Rodericks Dental Partners, you'll find many opportunities to develop clinical skills in a safe and patient-focused environment. We offer autonomy and clinical freedom, with systems handling most administrative matters, allowing you to concentrate on delivering excellent quality dentistry.

Training opportunities abound, with discounted CPD courses, such as implant and restorative PG Cert/Diploma courses. You'll have access to good quality equipment and materials, with the ability to request additional materials as needed. Our support staff, including hygienists, therapists, treatment care coordinators, and nurses with additional qualifications, will help you succeed.

As a Dentist, you'll play a leading role in delivering the best service to your community of patients. You'll be supported by a highly experienced team of Orthodontists, Endodontists, Periodontists, and Implantologists across the area. Regular meetings with your Practice Manager and a dedicated clinical team will help you stay on track with your revenue targets and expectations, and support you with the operational management of the practice.
