Key Responsibilities- Ensure the physical and emotional needs of our residents are met through a supportive and caring environment.
- Support our residents during recreational activities, outings, and community integration.
- Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our residents, celebrating their achievements and milestones.
- Work together with the team to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs.
- Keep accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents.
- Contribute to general housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.
- A compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Resilience and patience when faced with challenges, adapting to individual needs.
- A willingness to learn and follow guidance from the team.
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.
Please note that a driving license is not essential, but would be advantageous. This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
