Welcome to Gap Personnel, where we have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Packaging and Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Lincoln. As a key member of our Sub Contracting Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our subcontracting processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the receipt and dispatch of goods and materials.
  2. Coordinating the storage and handling of inventory.
  3. Ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  4. Communicating with internal teams to ensure that supply chain operations are running smoothly.

Responsibilities

The Packaging and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of workflow related to packaging and logistics. This includes managing the receipt and dispatch of goods and materials, coordinating the storage and handling of inventory, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Other key responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring that all goods and materials are properly packaged and labeled.
  2. Coordinating the movement of goods and materials between different departments and locations.
  3. Managing inventory levels to ensure that there is sufficient stock to meet business requirements.
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
