**Job Title:** Financial Clerk

**Location:** Castle Cary area

We are seeking an experienced Financial Clerk to join our client's team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Maintain remissions schedules and ensure accuracy
  • Administer pupil recharges and insurances
  • Process termly school fee invoices and input parent ledger receipts
  • Complete month-end procedures and maintain credit control
  • Liaise with parents, registrars, and other stakeholders as required

**Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
