**Job Title:** Financial Clerk
**Location:** Castle Cary area
We are seeking an experienced Financial Clerk to join our client's team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities:*
- Maintain remissions schedules and ensure accuracy
- Administer pupil recharges and insurances
- Process termly school fee invoices and input parent ledger receipts
- Complete month-end procedures and maintain credit control
- Liaise with parents, registrars, and other stakeholders as required
**Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
