The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting UK Export Projects, while also providing assistance to other MBDA National Company projects as needed.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the collection of customer requirements and establishing necessary in-country laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Managing and delivering projects to Time, Cost, and Quality (TCQ) targets.
  • Organizing projects and establishing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS).
  • Proposing infrastructure solutions and associated services, authorizing major decisions, validating design and site integration, and managing risks and opportunities.
  • Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by challenging projects that may be off-track or at risk.
  • Participating in technical validation at gates between project phases.
  • Developing and maintaining the team repository of projects, good practices, and harmonized methods.
  • Identifying opportunities for the team to participate actively in commercial campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

  • Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Developing enduring relationships with the Customer Community.
  • Managing and delivering projects to TCQ targets.
  • Organizing projects and establishing optimal WBS and OBS.
  • Proposing infrastructure solutions and associated services, authorizing major decisions, validating design and site integration, and managing risks and opportunities.
  • Challenging projects that may be off-track or at risk to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in technical validation at gates between project phases.
  • Identifying opportunities for the team to participate actively in commercial campaigns.
  • Contribution to updating MBDA Export Infrastructure BMS Processes and Policies.
