Exciting opportunity to join Total Fitness as a Pool Operations Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our pool operations team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a culture of high engagement, performance, and growth within the team.
  • Ensuring that we have a large enough, consistent, and varied pool lesson program with enough participants to achieve revenue targets.
  • Recruiting, training, and managing a team of swimming instructors to deliver high-quality lessons.

You will be required to work shifts that include both early and late working patterns on weekdays and some weekends throughout the month.

As a Pool Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 Pool Teacher qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience of delivering 1:1 and group pool lessons.
  • A talent for change management and commercial awareness.

Relocation to Chester is preferred, but we are open to considering candidates from wider locations who can commute to Chester regularly.
