Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced First Aid Training Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our training faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training courses across the UK and Europe, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible training to respond to medical emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Trauma Resus courses, including IEC Intermediate and Advanced, EURIECA, First Response Emergency Care, and Requalification courses
  • Support other instructors in delivering courses and maintaining high standards of training delivery
  • Act as a subject matter expert, representing the values and ethos of Trauma Resus
  • Ensure all training equipment is in good condition and fit for purpose
  • Provide advice on equipment procurement and support the clinical governance committee
  • Work with the lead IQA to ensure external accreditation criteria are fulfilled and maintained
  • Support Trauma Resus exhibitions and conferences as required
  • Collaborate on quality improvement projects as directed by the head of training

Requirements:

  • Current professional registration with GMC, NMC, or HCPC
  • Level 3 Teaching & Assessing qualification or equivalent
  • Full UK driving license
  • Clinical practice experience dealing with trauma patients
  • Experience delivering training to staff at different grades

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
