Experienced Registered Manager for Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Ashford area.
This service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live independently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential and supported living services, with a focus on quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
- Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with external agencies to provide comprehensive support services
Requirements:
